Buy n Sell (India).com’s Purchase Protection Policy is there to help you purchase items on our site with confidence. All your purchases are covered under our Purchase Protection Policy only if you pay through the Safe-Pay payment policy of our site.
The majority of transactions are completed quickly and smoothly but there are occasions when transactions do not work out as expected. When buyers face any transaction problems, our Purchase Protection Policy can be of great assistance to help you get your money back.
Purchase issues could be of the following two types:
· Paying for an item and never receiving it; or
· Receiving an item that is significantly not as described, such as buying a pair of jeans but receiving a formal trouser instead.

All transactions are entirely
covered under our Safe-Pay
policy, only if it's paid through our Official Payment Gateway "
Times of Money" or
Offline payment made through Cheque/DD to Buy n Sell (India).com bank account.
Payment transactions done
other
than the Safe-Pay payment methods such as
paying the seller directly through Credit/Debit card, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer/Deposit, VPP, Cash on Delivery (COD), Money
transfers services like PayPal**, Western Union,
cash/cash on delivery or in any other form are
not covered and in such
cases
Buy n Sell (India).com is not responsible for your payment protection,
neither
it will accept any such claims of your payment.

Eligibility criteria for your claim |
|
Under Safe-Pay Purchase Protection
Policy, the following
transactions or items are eligible for claim.
·
You must be a
winning bidder/buyer of an item purchased on Buy n Sell (India).com.
·
Item purchased
should not be under violation of any policy or prohibited
items list of our site.
·
The Final Sale
price of the item purchased or bought is over
Rs. 40/-
·
Total payment or
purchase value is over
Rs. 40/-
if
multiple items purchased through Dutch Auction (Fixed Price Multiple
item
auctions)
·
Multiple items
cannot be combined to file a claim to meet threshold of Rs. 40/-.
For Ex.
If you purchase an item with a value of Rs.20 each
from same or two different sellers, then you cannot combine these two
items to
become eligible for filing the claim.
·
File the claim on
8th
day, not exceeding 15 days from
the date of the payment made. All claims filed after the set deadline
will not
be entertained and Buy n Sell (India).com
will not be responsible or liable for your payments.

Non eligibility
criteria for
your claim |
A direct payment
made to the seller other than the Safe-Pay
payment methods of our site. Such as
paying the seller directly through
Credit/Debit card, Cheque/DD, Money transfers services like Western
Union, Cash/Cash
on Delivery (COD) or in any other form, are
not covered under the
Purchase Protection
Policy and all such claims will not be entertained.

Items that have
been altered or changed, repaired, discarded or resold.
·
Items which are
picked up or delivered in person.
·
Intangible
items, such as services or digital items.
·
Item/Items
purchased or bought by mistake or change of mind after the purchase.
·
Paying twice or making
excess payment for the same item or multiple items.

A brief about our
Purchase Protection Policy |
|
Eligibility
criteria
You
are eligible for a
full refund
of the payment amount if:
-
The seller does not contact
you and provide shipping details.
-
In such case, you should file a
Goods Not
Received (GNR) claim immediately, on
8th
day, not exceeding 15 days from the date of the
payment made to get your refund.
You will not be
eligible for a refund
if:
-
You do not confirm
whether item was delivered or not within 15 days from the date of
payment.
It is then assumed that the item was delivered within time-lines and
your
payment will be issued to the seller.

You raise a refund request
within set time-lines, but the seller provides valid Proof of
Delivery
(POD). In this case, the refund will be put on hold till our
Safe-Pay team investigates the issue.

You confirm that the
item was received.
If
a Refund Claim is raised by the Buyer, the Seller has all the right to
challenge
the same. Our Safe-Pay team may put the buyer’s
Refund Claim on hold for investigation.
Note: All Goods Not As Described (GNAD) cases
will be handled under our
GNAD
policy
and it's not a part of our Purchase
Protection Policy

International
Buyers Payment policy |
|
International buyers can purchase
items on Buy n Sell (India).com
through their PayPal account if a seller accepts PayPal payments.
However, all
international purchases are covered as per the PayPal
Buyer Complaint Policy.
All payments for international
purchases through PayPal will
go directly to respective sellers PayPal account and covered as per
PayPal Buyer Complaint Policy instead of Buy n Sell (India).com.

Violations under Purchase Protection Policy

Violations
of any of the above mentioned policies may result in a range of actions,
