• Seller listing over 100 unique items within 7 days of approval email from our Remittance team.

• Item listings in Dutch (Multiple) Auction will be counted as 1 unique listing.

• Must offer Return Policy on all listings.

• Offers appropriate Shipping cost on items.
  
  
• Must describe the item as is with minimum 1 picture of the item.
  
  

• Maintain minimum active 100 items on your account

• Maintain 99% and above feedback percentage.

• Must pay all site invoices within set timelines.

• Must ship and update the valid Shipping / Tracking details next day from the successful payment notification.

• Must provide/update valid shipping / tracking number for all items which can be tracked from the shipping company website.

• Must offer Online (Times of Money) payment on all the items.
  
  
• Rapid Remittance is only valid for the transaction payments done through Online Payment facility via our Official Payment Gateway “ Times of Money ” from the “ Times Group ”
  
  

• Rapid Remittance Applicable only for online payments made via “ Times of Money” payment gateway.

• Rapid Remittance limit may vary from seller to seller and assigning Rapid Remittance limits is at sole discretion of Buy n Sell (India).com

• Rapid Remittance limit may be increased, decreased or withdrawn at any point on the sole discretion of Buy n Sell (India).com.

• If the buyer has not received the item within the set timelines and reports Goods Not Received (GNR) complaint with us, the buyer has an option to apply for refund claim. In case the seller has delivered the item, seller will have 4 days to prove confirmed item delivery. Buy n Sell (India).com’s decision will be final, in case of any dispute between the buyer and seller on item delivery.

• Purchase Protection policy will be applicable for all the buyers who purchase items from sellers with Rapid Remittance facility.

• Sellers with approved Rapid Remittance facility will need to intimate any changes in the Registration details on their Buy n Sell (India).com account to the support team via Email or Live Support within 24 hours.

• If buyers refund claim is approved, the buyer’s payment will be adjusted against the seller’s next remittance payout (if any) or the seller needs to pay the refunded amount to Buy n Sell (India).com within 72 hours from the notification sent by our remittance team.
  
  
• If buyers refund claim is approved, the seller will need to pay the refunded amount plus the “Times of Money” payment gateway charges of 4.42%.

  For example :

  (a) If Buy n Sell (India).com approves the refund claim for Rs. 1000/- of the buyer, in this case our Remittance team will deduct Rs. 1000 plus 4.42% “Times of Money” payment gateway charges from the next remittance payout of the seller.

  (b) If the seller doesn’t have any payouts in next remittance cycle, in this case the seller will need to pay the refunded amount (In this example: Rs. 1000 plus 4.42% “Times of Money” payment gateway charges) to Buy n Sell (India).com within 72 hours from the notification sent by our remittance team.

  • Multiple Goods Not Received (GNR) / Goods Not As Described (GNAD) claims reported against your items can lead to withdrawal of Rapid Remittance facility from your account till you resolve the GNR / GNAD cases filed against you.
  • If a buyer files for chargeback at any point, the chargeback amount refunded will be recovered from the seller’s current remittance.
  • If item sold amount exceeds the assigned Rapid Remittance limit on a seller’s account, in that case the item payout will not be eligible for Rapid Remittance for that particular item and the amount will be remitted as per normal payment remittance cycle.

  For example :

  (a) If the assigned limit for a seller’s account is Rs. 10000/- and the item sells for Rs. 5000/-, in this case the payout for this item will be eligible for Rapid Remittance with a balance of Rs. 5000/- as Rapid Remittance limit on the seller’s account.

  (b) If the assigned limit for a seller’s account is Rs. 10000/- and if the item sells for Rs. 15000/-, in this case the payout for this item will not be eligible for Rapid Remittance.

  • Rapid Remittance facility can be withdrawn on Violating terms on our sole discretion.
    
    
  • An approval of Rapid Remittance will be sent to the seller with the terms & conditions for availing the Rapid Remittance facility which needs to be duly signed and return within 48 hours.
  
  

In addition to the terms and conditions set out in this document, Buy n Sell (India).com User Agreement form part of these terms and conditions.<
